Background

PortalSoft, Inc. is a California corporation which grew from a division of an expert witness research firm. The firm needed a new system to streamline their complex case document management needs.

As a result of seeing the need in 2004, Founder, Ajit Dandapani, began to develop software designed specifically for ease of use, search and retrieval in litigation [lawsuits].

The software, Portal4Law™ has made “ease of use” a cornerstone of its features and benefits to the legal profession.

PortalSoft launched version 4 of Portal4Law™ in 2008 featuring both litigation and transaction practice support.
